By accessing or using BuySellSwap (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Conduct

You are responsible for all your activity on the Service. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Listings

Users may post listings for items they wish to sell, buy, or swap. All listings must be accurate and not misleading. BuySellSwap reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Transactions

BuySellSwap is a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not involved in the actual transaction between users. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and ensuring the safety and legality of any transaction.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BuySellSwap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuySellSwap or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BuySellSwap's website, even if BuySellSwap or a BuySellSwap authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Changes to Terms

BuySellSwap reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
